We've been expecting the BlackBerry App World store to go live sometime in March, but if reports are to be believed, April 1st is now the big launch.
Why? That's the day when Research In Motion president and co-CEO Mike Lazaridis gives a keynote speech at the CTIA show in Las Vegas.
MocoNews is reporting that developers are saying they've been told that their apps will be available in the store next week, so it's a case of putting two and two together.
Perhaps Lazaridis will have a big red button on-stage to put the store live there and then...
Anyway, there's plenty of excitement among game developers about the App World, particularly in the US, where BlackBerry handsets are already popular gaming devices.
