Halfbrick, Lima Sky and Gamevil on board for GDC China's Mobile Games Summit
The line-up of talks scheduled for GDC China in November have been revealed, with a particular focus on the event's Mobile Games Summit.

Leading the line is Doodle Jump creator Igor Pusenjak, who will "offer an in-depth look at the game's development and success" in a talk modestly titled 'Doodle Jump – the Story Behind the Legend'.

Going global with Gamevil

Halfbrick's CMO Phil Larsen will be attendance, taking to the stage to discuss the growth and evolution of Fruit Ninja.

Larson's talk will examine the marketing behind the game, and the growth of the IP – both of which allowed Halfbrick to launch the original game on new platforms.

Brian Oh of publisher Gamevil will also be on hand discuss his outfit's relationship with developers, detailing how the firm share ideas to ensure each release succeeds in markets around the globe.

GDC China will run from November 4-6 in Shanghai's Convention Center. As well as the aforementioned mobile summit, and usual expo and general gaming talks, there will also be a dedicated event looking at independent games.

Those looking to register a place should visit the official GDC China website.
