Last week, Nokia held its first UK developer day to talk about the Ovi Store.
Apparently, it was an interesting occasion, with some developers complaining about the QA and approvals process, while Nokia explained how it was planning to improve these aspects.
For example, in future, only one version of any app to be built and approved, while changes to the Ovi Store should improve the ability to users to find or have recommended the apps they want or might enjoy.
And now the formal presentation from the event have been made available online from Forum Nokia.
These include: business development manager, Benjamin Roszczewski, talking about Developing for Ovi Store; an introduction to Ovi Apps and the SDK from Martin Ramsin, senior manager total experience management, Maps Ecosystem; and product marketing manager Janaina Pilomia talking about the Open Screen Projects $10 Million fund for Flash mobile development.
