PlayPhone has been adding large numbers of developers to its casual social gaming platform; 1,200 studios in fact, as announced at the Casual Connect event in Seattle.
Now, count one more as Canadian outfit Big Blue Bubble has entered into a partnership with PlayPhone that will see its future content arrive on the platform.
So far, games announced include the upcoming Burn the Rope sequel dubbed BtR: Worlds, as well as Fling a Thing, Dark Incursion and Hamster Cannon.
The games are expected to arrive on PlayPhone by the end of 2011.
Social layer cake
"Big Blue Bubble is one of the best, most creative shops in the games business, and we are thrilled to have them on board with PlayPhone," said Anders Evju of PlayPhone Social.
"We want to offer the very best in mobile gaming with our social gaming network, and these great new titles from Big Blue Bubble are a nice addition to our rapidly growing games portfolio."
Damir Slogar, CEO of Big Blue Bubble is also pleased by the partnership.
"We have been working with the PlayPhone Social SDK and it's been a seamless integration experience so far. PlayPhone is building a robust social gaming network that developers can immediately tap into," he said.
