Mobile and smartphone lawsuits are reaching something of a critical mass in the US, with Apple and Nokia suing and counter-suing each other in what is rapidly amounting into a girly, childish slap-fight.
According to BusinessWeek, Apple has now apparently changed the names on a suit by Nokia requesting a ban on the import of iPhones and filed an almost identical complaint with the US International Trade Commission looking to stop the import of Nokia handsets.
Nokia and Apple aren't the only ones taking part in the escalating legal war over technical patents, however. The South Korean government recently got involved in an effort to claim ownership of various smartphone technologies, while Kodak took to the courts to get licenses paid on its camera patents.
