Continuing its 2009 restructuring, and the appointment of new CEO and president Niccolo de Masi, Glu Mobile, has shed a further two executives, according to a recent SEC filing.

The same report also details a new executive bonus scheme which ties future rewards to successful community building and generation of in-app purchasing.

Glu’s senior veep of global product development, and CTO, Alessandro Galvagni, has left the the company as of today, but will remain in a consultative role for the next month.

Galvagni will receive one month’s pay as severance, as well as remuneration for his consultancy work.

Galvagni’s exit will be followed by veep of global human resources, Thomas Perrault, who is scheduled to leave the company this Thursday.

Glu is currently making the tough transition from its previous carrier-based Java and Brew publishing business to the direct-to-consumer app store model.
