The largesse at the HP-owned Palm just keeps on growing.
Further to its two week extension of its subsidised half price app sale in the US, the company has decided to drop its $50 per app submission fee.
Indeed, it will refund all submission frees previously collected too.

Additionally, Palm says it will be finalising its Hot Apps promotion that rewards the developer of the free webOS app that's been downloaded the most times, and developer of the paid app that's generated the most revenue, between February 1 and June 30 with a $100,000 bonus.
The developers of the next 20 most popular apps in each category will gain $10,000 and the following 200 app developers $1,000, making it a grand total of $1 million being paid out.
Developers can only win once, ensuring the cash is well spread throughout the Palm ecosystem.
But that's not all, as Palm says it will launch another Hot Apps promotion in July, this time for apps created using C/C++. The previous campaign was only for apps created with its Mojo SDK.
