Unity has opened nominations for the fifth annual Unity awards, with games able to be earmarked across a total of eight different categories.
Nominations for the awards will be open through to 15 June, with the awards themselves set to be handed out at Unity's forthcoming Unite 12 conference, bound for Amsterdam this August.
Awards up for grabs include best student project, best technical achievement, best visual experience, best gameplay, best serious game, best non-game, and the golden cube, which is awarded to the best overall game or project.
Honours for all
All the winners will be chosen by the Unity team, apart from the community choice award, which will be voted on by the Unity community in July.
"There is a torrent of amazing content created by the Unity community of developers each year," said CEO David Helgason.
"It's incredible to have the chance to acknowledge the talented and dedicated groups and individuals who use Unity in ways that continue to inspire us to improve our tools, engine, and company."
Last year saw the likes of Snuggle Truck, Battleheart and Gears pick up honours.
Those looking to submit a game can do via the Unity website. Unite 12's three day run in Amsterdam will kick off on 22 August.
