While western consumers might be firmly focused on Nokia's Lumia range, the Finnish firm's Asha handsets typically aimed at developing markets are arguably the company's star performers right now.
As such, German publisher HandyGames has announced the launch of 35 new games on Nokia's Asha Full Touch range Series 40-powered devices that sport touchscreens.
The magic number
Their unveiling follow the revelation that HandyGames' existing Java library which included 35 games on Nokia's keyboard-equipped Asha phones had amassed 20 million downloads by last April.
That put it just behind HandyGames' Android range on 25 million downloads.
"The feature phone market is still strong thanks to devices such as the Asha range," said CEO Christopher Kassulke at the time.
"We believe this number will continue to grow strongly in the coming months."
Games highlighted on Nokia's Conversations blog include Townsmen 4, Roman & Barbarians, Tattoo Tycoon, Guns'n'Glory, The Egyptians, Bridge Bloxx, Devils & Demons, Aces of the Luftwaffe, Aporkalypse Pigs of Doom, and CyberLords: Arcology.
