It'll take time for games developers to get to grips with the 1,000 new APIs in the iPhone 3.0 software, which was unveiled earlier this week by Apple.
But with the developer beta having been released on Wednesday, people are already grubbing around putting the SDK through its paces.
AppleInsider has a lengthy article with screenshots of some of the main new features of the software, although they're more apps and UI focused than gaming APIs.
However, it seems there's still some secrecy. A nine-minute video tour posted by one developer - and embedded in AppleInsider's story - has since been removed by its owner.
Meanwhile, games developers have been telling PocketGamer.biz about the APIs they're keenest to work with. Read our summary story for more on that.
