Mobile advertising solutions specialist Jumptap has announced it's to launch a "self-service" app for publishers of mobile websites and applications on iPhone and Android.
According to the firm, the new service will allow publishers to easily integrate their titles into Jumptap's mobile ad network to access hundreds of advertisers looking to reach mobile-based consumers.
Right ad, right time
"Jumptap is committed to continually adding value to our network and this is a great means for app developers and site owners to take advantage of our exciting growth," said company CMO Paran Johar.
Jumptap specialises in finite targeting that aims to "match the right ad to the right person at the right time". As such, the company believes both developers and publishers alike who sign-up to the network enjoy the highest potential revenue for the ads on their services.
"Preliminary data shows in-app ads are driving click through rates five times higher than online advertising, increasing demand from our brand and performance advertisers. This presents an enormous opportunity for developers to earn revenue from their applications."
Feeling the love
Keen to ensure studios get on board from the word 'go', Jumptap is also launching a promotion that will reward the first 100 developers to sign up.
The promotion is called 'Feel the Love', and said studios will get to keep 100 per cent of the revenue earned from ads running through the network for the first 100 days.
Developers looking for further details regarding the promotion are advised to visit the firm's website, or pop along to Jumptap's stand at GDC 2010 in the Moscone South Hall, exhibit number TT29.
