According to Flurry, a lot of people downloaded apps and games over the holiday week.
And according to Rovio, quite a lot of people downloaded Angry Birds.
Talking to AllThingsD, its marketing manager Ville Heijari revealed 6.5 million of the various games were downloaded for iOS and Android on 25 December alone.
This is up from around two million downloaded on Christmas Day 2010.
Flurry reckoned total downloads on that day were 242 million, which - via some basic maths - means Angry Birds accounted for 2.7 percent of the total.
Still, the focus for Rovio is 2012, with the company developing a number of new games including what's expected to be a free-to-play social experience.
