Valve's Jason Holtman will present the opening keynote for the Evolve conference at this summer's Develop in Brighton.
The Evolve day, which focuses on digital business, kicks off the conference on 10 July, with the main sessions running 11-12 July.
Titled 'Everyone's Business is Business', Valve's director of business development will offer an insight into the company's organisation.
In particular, he'll talk about how fostering a "no-management structure" can lay the foundation for better business decisions and products.
No bosses
"Working in a flat, no-management structure means that everyone at Valve drives business, press-relations and marketing decisions in everything Valve does," said Holtman.
"This keynote will describe and discuss how many of those decisions were made for various Valve products (such as Portal 2 and Team Fortress 2), Steam features (such as Workshop), and third party games on Steam."
For more information on Develop including sessions and speakers, visit the event's official site.
Early bird rates, which offers savings up to £135, will run until 13 June.
