Having rolled its Facebook successes cross-platform with the iOS launches of Candy Crush Saga and Bubble Witch Saga, King.com is now taking the next step.
Both games are now launching for Android devices via Google Play.
And significantly, the company is sticking to the feature that ensures gamers will be able to play on any device and drop right into a game session that's synced in terms of Saga progress, leaderboard, and game resources unlocked or purchased.
Wide embrace
"Making Bubble Witch Saga and Candy Crush Saga playable across Facebook, iOS and Android is quite a significant milestone for King.com," said CEO Riccardo Zacconi.
"We're fulfilling a promise to our users who want to play their favourite King.com games whenever and wherever they want."
King.com expects to roll out such features to all the games it brings to mobile, and hence is looking to double its development teams in locations in Sweden, Spain, Romania and the UK during 2013.
