Google I/O 2012 comes to San Francisco
Google I/O 2012, the company's annual conference for its developer community, will run from 27- 29 June at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.

With a conference track dedicated to Android development, the event promises to be a rich source of information for app developers working within Google's mobile OS.

Session titles include 'Ten things Game Developers should know', 'Monetising Android apps', and 'What's new in Android?'.

I/O also offers a range of Code Labs for Android developers.

These hands-on sessions allow attendees to get stuck into coding, and this year includes a session on 'Building Android Applications that use Google APIs', led by engineers from the YouTube and Google TV team.

I/O also promises developers a first glimpse at Google's latest platforms and products, which will be unveiled at the event's keynote address.

This talk, along with many of the conference's sessions will be streamed live to the web for those who can't attend in person.

Recorded sessions will also be available after the event, allowing anyone with an internet connection to see the latest developments in Android app development.
