Qualcomm and YetiZen are now accepting applications for their Mobility Unleashed contest, which invites US mobile games studios to compete for the title of 'Best Indie Game Developer'.
Prizes on offer include mentoring from industry veterans such as Patrick Mork and Jason Citron, a sponsor booth at YetiZen Innovation Lab during GDC week and $10,000 worth of installs to your game, courtesy of Taptica.
Interested parties have until 8 February 2013 to submit a game for consideration, along with a project synopsis and video for the benefit of the contest judges.
Make it snappy
The judging panel includes Qualcomm's Mike Yuen and YetiZen CEO Sana Choudary, as well as investors and industry figures such as Aurora Feint founder Jason Citron and Google's marketing director for mobile apps Patrick Mork.
Once the deadline for submissions has passed, this panel will assess each entry based on its fun factor, innovation and production quality.
Games that are on devices using Snapdragon processors will also be given special consideration.
The contest's winners will then be announced on 22 February 2013 at the YetiZen Innovation Lab in San Francisco.
For more information on Mobility Unleashed, including details of the complete judging panel, the full list of the prizes and the contest's terms and conditions, visit the contest's page on YetiZen's website.
