Telltale Games' CEO Kevin Bruner has stepped down from his role two years after taking over in January 2015.
Bruner is also a co-founder of the narrative adventure-focused developer. He will be replaced by co-founder and former CEO Dan Connors, and will remain on the board of directors during the transition.
Grown aggressively
In an email to all Telltale staff acquired by Kotaku, Bruner wrote: "We've grown aggressively since Telltale’s inception, and now Telltale is bigger than I ever dreamed it would be.
"There are many possible futures for Telltale, and all of them are exciting and uniquely challenging. The time has come to pass the reins to someone that can better drive Telltale to the next level and realise all the potential that is here."
It's not the only major staffing change at the studio this year. In February, Telltale hired Leah Hoyer as its new VP of Creative to head up the writing, design and voice-over teams.
