Cambridge-based interactive fiction developer Inkle has hired Laura Dilloway and Anastasia Wyatt as Senior Artist and Concept Artist.
Wyatt had been working with Inkle for six months on a contract basis before being hired as a full-time artist. She graduated from De Montfort University in Leicester just last year.
Dilloway has over ten years' experience in games at Sony's Cambridge studio. She has previously worked on titles such as LittleBigPlanet PSP and Killzone.
What's the half?
Following the two new hires, artists now make up over 50% of the studio's staff.
Inkle is best known for its narrative games such as 80 Days and the Sorcery! series. We interviewed its Creative Director Jon Ingold back in September 2016 on what it took to bring Sorcery! to mobile devices.
