Make a million new friends

Parachute Panic update adds Scoreloop support
When it comes to the competitive iPhone social networking market, part of the deal is about your technology, but part of the deal is about the number of people who are hooked into your system.

Good news then for German outfit Scoreloop which has been integrated into the new update of the successful Parachute Panic game from German developer FDG.

In fact, it's really good news as FDG has also announced the game has been downloaded over one million times - albeit split between paid and free versions.

Features included in the Scoreloop-enhanced version of Parachute Panic are online high scores (split into easy and normal), buddy lists with direct friend invitation from contacts, email or Facebook, and live player challenges with push notification.

The game will support Scoreloop's in-game Coins currency too.

"We're all big fans of Parachute Panic. Scoreloop is behind the scenes driving game discovery as players add friends to buddy lists and challenge them. We're helping to make the game even more addictive," said Marc Gumpinger, Scoreloop CEO.

Game developers can learn more about Scoreloop and download the free SDK from its website.
