French mobile game publisher In-Fusio has been restructured with its assets and business transferred to a new entity called IF Europe which will continue the business under the In-Fusio trademark.
The company had gone into liquidation earlier in August.
"We've struggled to survive in tough conditions. We know that we did not communicate during this period and are sorry for that, but we can assure you that we are still there and expect to be there in a few years," said MD Sébastien Martin.
"This operation will enable the business to get rid of the legacy and focus on the future, with promising outcomes."
Martin also pointed out that as part of this process, the company had been optimising its mobile game publishing services, and cross-platform development teams and tools.
It now supports over 1,400 handset devices, including BREW, Windows Mobile, iPhone, Palm OS. It also supports more than 950 Java handsets.
In-Fusio back catalog includes titles such as Paperboy, F-16, Beauty Center, Advanced Brain Trainer, and Yeti Sports.
