Back in November 2011 DeNA launched its prime social game platform Mobage on iOS in China, and now it's partnering with Android-based Baidu, China's answer to Google, to provide the service on all of its Baidu Yi smartphones.
Baidu Yi phones come with Baidu's Yi Store pre-installed, and will now offer a dedicated section highlighting Mobage content.
It's a small world
Mobage was initially launched for Android in China in July 2011, though it will be hoping that Baidu's increasing hold on the Chinese industry, with an 83 percent share of the internet search engine market, will boost its own user base.
This move comes on the back of lots of deals in Asia, including with Daum in South Korea and with NTT Docomo.
