ioPixel's Tip-Off Basketball reaches 6 million downloads
French developer ioPixel's free-to-play arcade game Tip-Off Basketball has reached six million downloads across iOS and Android.

The game saw success on both platforms spending time in the number spots on the App Store and Google Play store in the UK, France, and Italy among others.

ioPixel labelled the game as "the most successful arcade basketball game for the last two years on mobile devices."

"To celebrate, and thank the fans, we are dropping the prices of most items. We hope this offer will also generate more excitement for Tip-Off, which we are expecting to be another big hit," said ioPixel CEO Jean-Alexis Lauricellal.

ioPixel is continuing to support Tip-Off Basketball with new features, an extended campaign, support for the new iPad and 1080p capable Android devices, as well as incentivised offers via Tapjoy.
