Having set out to deliver titles for the 'core gamer', startup Industrial Toys has jumped on board Epic Games train.
The US developer has signed a multi-title deal with the middleware company to utilise its Unreal Engine for mobile. It currently supports iOS and Android.
The games themselves remain under wraps, though the studio claims a move to license Unreal was a "no-brainer" given its graphical prowess, with work on the first release - that will involve guns - to utilise the engine already underway.

"Industrial Toys is about designing deep, involved experiences for core gamers designed specifically for mobile devices," said CEO Alex Seropian.
"Unreal Engine technology will help us deliver on that promise, providing a world-class toolset to reach a high level of production value, an unmatched pipeline for content and all the features that let our designers unleash their imaginations."
Industrial Toys was formed by what Epic's head of licensing in North America Joe Kreiner describes as a "dream team of developers" back in February.
Seropian was a co-founder of Bungie, and his Wideload Games was bought by Disney. The team also includes Marvel, Dreamworks and DC Comics veterans.
"We're really excited to see what Industrial Toys will do with Unreal Engine technology, especially given their focus on triple-A mobile game development and fantastic pedigree as a studio," concluded Kreiner.
Industrial Toys has previously claimed it is looking to cover all bases, delivering games with immersive sessions that "blow your mind apart" as well as "30-second experiences that still move you forward while you're waiting for the bus."
