Measurement and fraud prevention company Adjust has acquired data aggregation firm

In a statement on the company’s site, Adjust states a desire to merge's multi-channel campaign management platform with its own operations.

Adjust did not disclose the cost of acquiring its new purchase, but stated that it was financed through the company’s cash on balance sheet.

The aptly-named was founded in 2016 and specialises in managing user acquisition channels by automating much of the process.’s technology is set to be fully integrated with Adjust’s operations by the latter half of 2019.

Adjusted expectations

Earlier this year, Adjust launched an open-source benchmarking tool for mobile apps.
