BlackBerry Developers Challenge revealed
With the 2009 Wireless Enterprise Symposium for BlackBerry Users just around the corner, Research In Motion has announced the details of its Developers Challenge - a contest for developers to bring the best application idea and business plan to the BlackBerry table.

The winner of the challenge will be awarded an enticing $25,000 first prize, with an additional $25,000 package consisting of mentoring sessions, BlackBerry Partner Fund investment opportunities and membership of the BlackBerry partner’s alliance.

A runner’s up prize of a $10,000 cash prize is also on offer, and the competition is open to any developer who hasn’t received more than $1 million of outside investment for their application.
