Facebook confirms 30 million users had their login details stolen last month

Facebook has released an update regarding the mass security breach that happened a few weeks ago.

The platform reports that around 30 million users have had their login tokens stolen. A login token is assigned to a profile so a user doesn't have to re-enter their password.

According to a blog post from Facebook, the attackers took advantage of a number of software bugs in order to attain login tokens and take over someone's account.
