Jun Group, which operates brand advertising network HyprMX, has announced it's raised $28 million.
It's the first external funding the company has raised, with Halyard Capital and Bridge Bank providing the investment.
The money will be used to accelerate what Jun Group labels "a number of growth initiatives".
"Branded content is the future of online advertising," said Jun Group CEO Mitchell Reichgut.
"It is also the present. Our platform drives interactions with specific consumer segments, at scale.
"We do it honestly, in premium destinations across devices. Now is the perfect time to take our growth to the next level, and we've found the ideal partners to help us achieve our aggressive goals."
