Each week app market intelligence firm Reflection, in partnership with UKIE, publish the top grossing and most downloaded games from the UK App Store.

So we’re sharing that data each week to give you an insight into how the UK mobile games market is evolving.

Victory Royale

For the week of July 8th to 15th, Epic’s battle royale phenomenon took a triple-win, taking top spot as the highest grosser across both iPhone and iPad, as well as being the most downloaded game on the latter. 

New entry Viker’s Bloxy Puzzles took sixth in the iPhone free chart while Chef Umami moved into fourth in the iPhone paid top 10.

The strangest new arrival to the iPhone paid top 10 was Maggie’s Penguin Parade - a fundraising app centred on an installation of ceramic painted penguins scattered around Dundee.

The antarctic-bird art project is raising money for Maggie’s Centres, an Edinburgh-based cancer support charity.
