Berlin studio Wooga seeking experienced strategy game designer

Designer wanted to polish strategy game prototypes

Berlin studio Wooga seeking experienced strategy game designer

Berlin-based mobile games studio Wooga, a developer best known for its puzzle games such as Diamond Dash and Jelly Splash, is currently on the hunt for an experienced strategy game designer to bolster its team.

The job listing states that Wooga has "several strategy game prototypes that show promise," and as such is seeking an experienced strategy expert to take them to the next level.

The successful candidate is required to have at least 3 years of game design experience, and to have spent a minimum of 1 year "managing distributed game design efforts."

"At least one successful strategy game project on any platform (smartphone/tablet a strong plus)" is also stated as an essential prerequisite for the role.

If you fit the bill and want to get one step ahead of the competition, in July we got in touch with Wooga's Head of Human Resources Vera Termuhlen to see what tips she had to share for anyone applying to work at Wooga.

As Termuhlen is overseeing recruitment, her responses are definitely worth a look for anyone thinking of applying.
