Expanding beyond its own discovery platform, TeePee Games has announced a partnership with The Express Group to deliver a new games portal for OK! Magazine.
The new venture will be delivered via the magazine's official Facebook group, coinciding with the launch of a new OK! branded mobile games store for Android.
It's the Facebook portal, however, that will be powered by TeePee, offering a "large selection of free Facebook games" and allowing users to interact with their friends and share their favourite titles.
Express delivery
"This is a great venture for TeePee Games and it really shows off our proprietary technology and how this can be used by huge consumer brands to engage, on another level, with their audience," said TeePee CEO and co-founder Tony Pearce.
"We're delighted to be partnering with OK! Magazine to launch something truly exciting for their readers. OK! Games will keep their online audience extremely engaged with the brand, and will keep them coming back for more."
For OK!, which is published by media outfit Northern & Shell, the deal represents a first step towards engaging the magazine's userbase in a new way.
"We've been looking to engage with our social networking audience in different ways for a while now and, with OK! Games, we believe we have found a new and innovative solution to do this," added OK! online editor Geoff Marsh.
"TeePee Games has provided us with a great new way to interact with our readers and promote OK! Magazine in a way which sets us apart from the crowd."
