When you think of Team17, you invariably think of the Worms brand.
First released all the way back in 1995, its blend of strategy and action (combined with compulsive multiplayer modes and wonderful sense of humour) ensure the series rightfully became a mainstay of British video games.

Unsurprisingly, Team17's senior PR executive Bethany Aston doesn't have much time for such talk.
Onwards and upwards
Speaking to PocketGamer.biz in the video below, Aston explains that, while Team17 is proud to be known as the studio behind Worms, it's also specialises in iterating on old ideas in order to bring the best version of the classic series to each new platform.
She also gives some insight as to where Team17's ideas come from. Check it out:

Die hard Suda 51 fan and professed Cherry Coke addict, Peter Willington was initially set for a career in showbiz, training for half a decade to walk the boards. Realising that there's no money in acting, he decided instead to make his fortune in writing about video games. Peter never learns from his mistakes.
