Mobile marketing automation firm Swrve has closed a $25 million Series D funding round to accelerate its global growth.
The funding will be used to open new offices outside of Los Angeles, London, Dublin, and Munich, where it currently has bases. The LA and Dublin teams will see be expanded to help develop the firm's Enterprise Platform.
This will in turn help Swrve to serve its expanding userbase. It currently supports 44 million DAUs and over 225 million MAUs.
Straightforward goals
"Swrve's goal has always been straightforward. We want to bring the power and possibility of mobile and other emerging devices and channels to the world’s largest and most successful brands," said Christopher S. Dean, CEO of Swrve.
"Our platform is built to enable our customers to collect and understand real-time behavioral data relating to customers, build user profiles, and thus deliver highly targeted campaigns and customer experience journeys over any digital channel."
We last wrote about Swrve back in 2014 when it had cleared its $10 million Series B funding round. At the time, its total funding was $22 million – this has since grown to $75 million.
