Seriously has announced a new partnership with Kidrobot to create a range of collectibles designed around the Best Fiends franchise.
It marks the company’s first foray into consumer products as it moves to transform itself into a global entertainment brand.
The first batch of vinyl collectibles will be available at the San Diego Comic-Con, with a range of plushies soon to follow.
“Our company is full of Kidrobot fans and we’re thrilled to be working together,” said Seriously's CEO Andrew Stalbow.
“It’s been great seeing the talented teams at Seriously and Kidrobot create a fun collection for Comic-Con, and we can’t wait to share the special way we’re bringing the products to market together.”
Since launch, Best Fiends has been downloaded over 12 million times and currently boasts more than 1.3 million DAU, something likely boosted by its Apple Watch companion game.
The second instalment in the series is set for release later in 2015.
